It is project specific, but most appraisals take four weeks to complete. All other projects could be weeks to months.

For an appraisal, we like to secure financial statements and tax returns that reconcile to each other among other operating, financial, and legal documents

We charge by the hour for our work, but some projects, we are able to provide a range of cost if we receive preliminary records from the client.
